Frozen Shoulder affects 2-5% of the population, and more commonly between the ages of 40-70 years of age, with a higher incidence amongst women.

Working with a healthcare professional throughout can help manage pain and regain shoulder range of motion as quickly as the shoulder allows. This may shorten the overall time affected and pain levels throughout.
